Cindy Lauper said it right! The only way you can REALLY be friends with someone, is if you truly know them inside and out. Give it to me straight, I like the real deal people, can't deal with the phonies and want to be just me, when I am with you. You know, true colors...I feel like there have been WAY too many times in my life I tried to be someone I was not, and then all of a sudden woke up and was like I don't like this person; due in part to the fact that the person was clearly NOT me!
